Grinder Stomach item
Grinder Stomach is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupPuts the item in Isaac's pocket item slot, if possible.
Starts with 0 charge.
While held Using any other active item has a 50% chance to cancel its effects and destroy it.
Once the active item is destroyed, all Grinder Stomach gain 1 charge, then spawn a Chest or gulp currently held trinkets.
On useReplaces Isaac's head with a crush machine for 5 seconds, making him unable to shoot but becomes invulnerable, while constantly sucks and damages everything nearby.
Killing an enemy with the crush machine has a 40% chance to spawn a 
Black Heart.
